What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in residential property management (commercial experience is a bonus)
- Current NSW Real Estate Licence and valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong knowledge of NSW legislation and dispute resolution
- Professional, corporate presentation with a can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a residential portfolio
- Delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants
- Lease management, renewals and terminations
- Maintenance coordination and trade management
- Legislative compliance and NCAT attendance (if required)
- Contributing to business growth within a KPI-driven team
